JOB DESCRIPTION

The Kälarne school area serves the entire eastern part of our Bräcke municipality. The school is located in the center of the community and is a F - 9 school that currently has just over 90 students. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop the after-school program with very good conditions and small groups of children. There is truly the opportunity to put your pedagogical stamp on the operations. There is access to a swimming pool, gymnasium, and facilities for creative activities and cooking directly adjacent to the after-school program.

You will work in a school with very good relationships between students and adults, and values-based work is prioritized at our school. If desired, there are also great opportunities for developed collaboration with local associations and the community.

Your work will involve collaboration with other staff in the after-school program, other educators, and additional staff in the lower and middle school. Together, you are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment where you provide students with the support and stimulation they need for their learning and continued development. Collaboration may sometimes occur with Ånäset preschool during school breaks.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a primary school teacher for after-school programs or a leisure teacher/leisure educator and find it natural to work according to our guiding principles; The future does not come to us, WE create it. You should have the ability to inspire and lead students and see yourself as important for their success. You have high expectations for the students and can help and guide them so that they develop based on their conditions. You have good knowledge of the school's and after-school program's governing documents and work according to a well-established value base while clearly showing students the goals they should work towards. Building good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues is important to you. You have a positive view of the work and develop the operations with new methods and approaches together with your team. If you are educated in another subject, it is an advantage.

A driving license (B) is required.

To work within the school and childcare unit's operations, you must submit an extract from the Criminal Records Act § 22. You request the extract yourself from the National Police Board in Kiruna. It is valid for one year and must then be renewed.
